Due to the exceptionally high demand for entries, we have had to make some alterations for the running of the competition – the alternative was to ballot heavily!!
Please read and adhere to the very important information listed below to allow the day to run smoothly.
Class 1 will run in the INDOOR Arena. Classes 2 – 6 will run in the outdoor arena.
Please follow regulation signs on the INDOOR arena and whilst walking the course inside face masks must be warn unless riding.
Parking is very limited – there will be no tie up space.
Please arrive promptly for course walks and be ready to jump on your time.
Admittance for competitors, parents and essential personnel will only be allowed if travelling in the same vehicle as the competing horse. If you are travelling separately (including team managers) please contact Kerry Emms by email no later than 12pm on Thursday 3rd June. – You will not be allowed entry without prior consent.
Print three copies off your number and ensure one copy is in the windscreen of your vehicle – You will be checked in on arrival.
In order to reduce the load on the car park and reduce the waiting times – teams may have been split.
No dogs allowed.
Please be understanding to your organisers, stewards and volunteers who have given up their time to run this competition. – It is a long day!
Style sheets will be released at the end of each class. These will be sent by what’s app or email. Will team managers please leave contact details with the secretary.
There will be no prize giving. Rosettes can either be collected by the team manager at the end of the class or posted.
Results will be available 30 minutes after the class has finished on www.nsearesults.co.uk
Objections must be made via email to kemms@stmaryscalne.org within 30 minutes of publication of provisional results.
